Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
Please photograph the damage and email us at hello@blissbodyboutique.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale.
Email us at hello@blissbodyboutique.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Once we receive your return, we process it within 3-5 business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing.

Most of our pieces run true to size. Product pages note if an item runs small or large. When in doubt, size up — especially for matching sets and lounge wear.
